I was 8 years old in 1977. I dont recall this commercial, but I remember having this cereal alot at the time. It was one of my favorites. I remember watching saturday morning cartoons back then in the 1970s while eating bowl after bowl of my favorite breakfast cereals, cookie crisp being one among them. Ah, memories.

Checkerd square was Ralston.
But now ralston is for the dog as Purina.
