@ThexICoNZz That's harder than making a normal theme, MUCH harder, it requirees 3D animating skills, Real-time engine, scripts, so yeah, unless you take a few lessons in XMB, neither of us know how to make a premium theme, but if I find a premium theme maker, I'll definitely tell you

@jony014soku1z Ya you can if you're not using the old ps theme maker, use 3.0 without the upgrade, then just put the picture, and don't edit the icons, they will be default

@CODBLACKOPSGAMER In your memory stick or usb flash drive, make a folder called PS3, inside it make a folder called THEME, I hope I helped :S

it should stop giving you errors :D

@TheController2000 I wouldn't recommend canceling any file installment, because it could be a certain version of MSFW that it's compatible with, also sorry for not replying early, my laptop was being fixed, as always xD

To cause less bugs and glitches and all sorts of stuff like that run it as admin, convert pictures to PNG in paint (like what rakan610 said), and run no programs at all besides the theme maker.

ive got vista 32bit and when i hit build theme it does a few things in the command box then pops up that something isnt a png item but the only thing that isnt png is the background. i have searched for the item but cant find it and dont no what to do. do you know what to do?

@mac10mac20 If I remember correctly, you have the wallpaper in the SD section, if you want it to be HD then read the parameters for the HD.

@sarranoob To think I would try that but I didn't, so I'm not sure, if you could try that would be nice to tell me the results so I can credit your name in the annotations, if the theme didn't put the original icons and started freaking out, just hold the the button that closes the PS3 for 10 secs or until it closes then re open it.

Hi I have a big problem. I'm running Win 7 X64, and when I download the 2.5 and run it and press "new theme" the window that pops up is smaller than the content so you just se the top of the two bottons and no text. Also I can't Test drive, build or upgrade it. If I Upgrade to 3.0 It crashes before it even got time to start upp.

Please help.

@Riku3c Well win7 is a problem but 64 bit is a bigger problem, though I found out that the crashing is from directX and that the installer installs an old one, you need to download the latest one!

@saia100 In the description i wrote : open your documents, then "my playstation themes", click the name of your theme, then take the "p3t" file from the folder, and drag it to the "THEME" sub folder inside the "PS3" folder, and take the "PS3" folder to the flash drive/memory stick or whatever, then put the memory stick in the Playstation 3 console, then go to theme settings, theme you will see an install option up, click it, then install from flashdrive or memory stick, there you go.

Yes a u.s.b flash drive, or a CD, or a memory stick(like the one the regular p.s.p uses!

but like I said in (one of these ways), create a new folder called "PS3" (without quotes), and inside it a folder called "THEME" (again without quotes)!

Well you see the slim ones have more ram, ram take memory, like when you buy an external hard drive with 250 gb, you always see it as 230 or less, because of its ram, so there is no changing that, oh and don't forget, ps3's themes are bitches they take 3 mb or more. so think about it: themes+ram+web browser and other shit like avatars=you figure it out, still don't know? it = the loss of up to 20 gb or more!
