When you see something like this, why do you first assume the most unlikely explanation? There are several reasonable explanations that have to be excluded before "a ghost" can be used to explain what this video shows....

At exactly 0.32 seconds you can see something off to the left of the screen appear on screen, it is dark then the 'ghost' moves fast towards it, not through the door. It was probably an out of focus blurry insect on the lens or even inside the camera, seen that before.

Actually the bible says that the dead go into a sort of holding place to be collected at the time of rapture. Read revelation 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17 as well as revelations 6-8. Ghost could easily exist in one form or another, though i doubt this is one of them.
