  • Alice Cooper sucks anyway!

  • What a chicken shit mother. HE was taunting the cops, and when one ran up to him, he ran away. Chicken shit.

  • Riots are sooooooooooooooooooooooo FUN!!!!!!!

  • mmm. democracy

  • this was building up cause everyone was tired of getting ripped off at the CNE and this straw broke the camels back. The EX sucks, 10$ for a hotdog with fly infested hotdog handed to you buy a snot nose bitch, shitty rides and scammy games.. fuck the cne

  • @ScrewAttackChina i saw dave wilcox there for free last year...but i agree...they should just put a few rides at ont place for all summer. there's only one ride at that whole freakin place

  • I was there! Still have my ticket and the program. Drew Ross? Where are you man?Do you remember that cop chasing us up the grandstand until we were in a mob traffic jam. When we turned and faced him he scurried back down like a rat.

  • @billyzzzee by the way that's me (at 30seconds) front row behind the cop chatting to fan

  • why in canada many concerts end like this?is it a tradition? :P

  • @bananaempijama cuz we don't like being ripped off taxes already too high

  • He kinda looks like Kramer from seinfeld @ 2:30

  • Bad Alice, bad.

  • @LordZielony he was drunk*!

  • The policeman running into the stands has big balls.... check 1:50.

  • - Yet, John Major comments on this video. It just makes me laugh that this piss-ant. whom knows nothing about rock & roll/metal/thrash/glam, offers an opinion. From 80 to 89 this guy was hanging out in dance clubs along Adeliade and bopping to Madonna. In short, this City TY talking head knows nothing about music; much like his counter part; the ridiculous Steve Anthony. Thank God CTV took the throne from the pathetic Moses, (Corporate as they are), to actually broadcast what music is about!

  • fuck 2000 i rather live in the 80 were the fun shite happens or 70 and no i was born in 1995

  • @darthclash122 this rock show riot marked the end of the rock era. rock died here with alice. no-one cares anymore about what joni, neil and bob sang about anymore... gaga...

  • This is awesome!!!Ha!Ha!Ha!Ha!Ha!WOW!I don't think he wanted to cancel again after this!It would cost the whole State millions!

  • I'm more concerned about the horses

  • 0:55

Jim Ross: Oh My GAWD!!!! The Chairs Are Flying!!!!

  • cool :D wish I witnessed that one

  • Stupid drug heads!

  • @happyjoe4ever are you talking about alice cooper or the fans?

  • what a bunch of losers.

ruin a show for the people

who came to see a great rock concert.

    unfucking believable!

  • There was no show, gibsongold. Cooper didn't show.

  • my dad was in this! hes the guy withj the black sleeves who pops up at 37 :) cool beans, lucky shit.

  • i wasn't thre myself (only2/3 yr old) but a riot at a German, DEEP PURPLE concert in the early 70's was supposed to have been a good one as well

  • More funny if the next day concert was Quiet Riot

  • @HUTINAK HAHAHA! A town gone wild!

  • This wasn't shit. Now the GnR riot in St. Louis was a REAL riot.

  • Maybe so but show me the live video *S*

    (please)

  • The one in Montreal back in '92 was really bad too.

  • @4JayeP was that when they toured with metallica?

  • @omgomglame The St. Louis riot happened when they were on their own. I think you were thinking about the Montreal riot, that was with Metallica.

  • @4JayeP So you're proud of who, now? Guns and Roses? St. Louis? People who riot?

  • @IshadaKatzteilov Rock 'n Roll is much too dangerious for you. Go back to Barry Manilow.

  • lol @ "Teenage head"

  • LMAO 1:36-1:56! Taunt the copper, then HAUL ASS!

  • I was at that concert. I remember it well. What happened was, there was some small time bar band that opened up, then afterwards they kept the crowd waiting for over two hours without saying a word as to what was taking so long. Finally some geek came out and informed the already drunk and impatient crowd that Alice wouldn't be showing up, then he stupidly offered to have the opening act return ... that's when the first folding chair hit the stage. The rest ... is history!

  • @ToonsTent Zon! They did a remake of that song Hocus Pocus by Focus and played it about four times before they finally said alice ain't coming...gotta go bye

  • That looks like top fun.

  • Anyone recognize John Roberts of (now) CNN fame when he was just a MM VJ in these clips?

  • @DrakeRemora New Music with no name Jeanne Bekker fashionista wannabe

  • I think audience's would act differently these days but then again that's a little more laid back up there.....eh.

  • haha! thats class! fuck bottles throw chairs! :)

  • wow haha. they really want their alice cooper

  • 0:55 - 1:02 I didnt Know Chairs Could Fly.

  • That night in Toronto,

    With it's checkerboard floors,

    Ridin' on horseback,

    And keepin' order restored...

    Tragically Hip- Bobcaygeon

I've always wonder if this imagery from Gord Downie came from this news clip.

  • @thegirl44 ugud!

  • my uncle was at this riot!!!!!!!

  • Alice Cooper cancels one motherfucking show and people riot? Jesus christ these morons are stupid.

  • @youvebeenthunderstru keep jesus outta this one stupit

  • That was so badass

  • *argh* Posting problem*

"Teenage Head, maintain a reputation as one of Canada's greatest live bands"

"the band's frenetic live shows, drew capacity crowds everywhere they played, "

"Their follow-up, produced by David Bowie alumnus Stacy Heydon, was 'Frantic City' which spawned two hits -- "Let's Shake" and "Somethin' On My Mind" -- eventually making the album a gold seller for Attic Records. The album became a battle cry for beer swilling, cottage hopping college students across Canada. "

  • Teenage Head was also the band who's rioting crowd got shows canceled at the CNE for the rest of the 1980 summer season.

  • I'd remeber that one, also teenage head played at george brown college back in the late 80"s.

  • I don't understnad your comment?

Teenage Head didn't break up or disband because of it, the CNE grandstand just cancelled any further concerts BY ANY ACT at that particular venue until the next concert season.
