The board is NEVER supposed to touch the surface of the ground in a manual trick. Whether your board hit the floor first or not, it touched, making it not legit. The hardest part to flip-in manual tricks is to flip in, keeping the skateboard on its wheels at all times. That's the whole point of a flip-in manny trick. Either way it was good and you were super close. Not hatin', just letting you know how it should be, and how it always has been in skateboarding.
