  • Go to a fortune teller or a psychic in your town!! Its fun and interesting :)

  • @KaylaBolla Thats brilliant. Cant believe I didn't think about that, thanks!

  • Anything in public - burger & fries, long walk in a scenic place, a festival... being in public makes you strangers to your surroundings, and not just who you are with, making things less "on the spot" and a more comfortable/enjoyable experience.

  • I second the cafe and playing board games idea :)

  • Looks like the child is holding a big cow manure patty insted of a cookie.

  • i wanna go on a date w/ you ...

  • Olive garden really that bad I see. I heard bad things about it, that and alfredo makes me quesy, but my ol friends wanted to give it a shot, and it would've been my first time, but I guess it was nostalgic sakes for them. Needless to say, we never actually decided to go there still.

  • my ex-boyfriend our first date he took me on a small fishing boat showed me around the everglades I ate gator for the first time I sat on a gator. We watched the sunset. It was a different experience I enjoyed it very much.

  • I think playing board games while listening to each other's favorite music would make an awesome first date! :)

  • Play a game of chess at a bookstore cafe or something, maybe. :)

  • Watch a movie at the cinema! Best first date ever. You don't need to face each other, the only conversation will be comments you guys make during the movie, and then you can talk about the movie afterwards so you have conversation and it doesn't need to get awkward!

  • go to a comedy show , so you can judge someone else together and hopefully have some laughs.....then afterwards you'll both be in a good mood and fall madly in love....

  • Rule one - don't take your date to a horrible place to eat. Find a place that has culture and a good atmosphere with a great selection of wine!

  • i was asked to go on a date , the best first date ever, by this girl from germany to a roller derby match.. i had never been to one of those before and it was pretty fun. there was a band that played at the intermission and afterwards we got some tea, walked on the beach, had some drinks at my place and it was jolly good time in every aspect. i also went to play minature golf once and that was pretty cool. cheers val, p.s your dog was looking at you like you are mad...

  • Going to an art gallery is a good first date. You get to talk about stuff and see what the other person likes.

  • Go for a ride on a motorcycle together. If you wind up at a restaurant, just sit next to each other. Interview problem fixed. Where's my cookies?

  • LOL - you were funny and smart in this video Val!

  • Well if somebody took me to TGIF for a first date I might want to just run away too. Maybe going to the 7-11 and filling up and taking off would be exciting. I can't remember going on any actual dates, so I guess I'm not very good at this.

  • I went to the zoo on for a first date with my now husband :D

its was pretty sweet we kept laughing at this monkey that started

    to jerk off xD seriously!

  • Hello,Val.

The first date's activities, amy depend on how the couple met. Mine are always from my probing missions. They seem to want to go jogging. I consider it running away.

  • Let's see... drink a bottle of gray goose and get so drunk that you don't remember whether or not you already kissed, then climb onto a girl to make out because you can't walk anymore... well... that's how my husband and I started dating at least. lol first date, Russian Style.

  • A great first date idea is to have a boxing match.

    Loser buys dinner.

  • thanks for sharing... very interesting ideas...

  • @extion i guess your high expectations are to blame for it. Don't act like your shit doesn't stink, kiddo.

  • Great vid. For the first date, I am definitely not going to TGIF or Olive Garden, our favorite frozen food restaurant. I would probably spend hours trying to think of something exciting to go, and do that. Before that, maybe a small bite to eat and drinks at a cool bar, or a coffee shop, since I'm not really an eater. But that's what I would probalby do. More cookies like this vid!

  • @1manwreckingmachine1 yay! thanks for sharing :D

  • I want to take my first date skydiving. I know that if she was ready to do that, without any question than we are a match made in heaven! Also I have taken girls surfing, gave them a surf lesson! It was amazing!

  • @Surfmydaysaway wow! that's awesome :D

  • I usually go somewhere we could talk, but also with something going in the background, a band, poetry, comedian, etc. Just in case the conversation doesn't go so well, and it's just nice to not constantly have to talk to one another.

Have a drinks, non alcoholic. Then to a nice restaurant, then to one of my favorite places to just relax in peace, with a bonus of a great view of the city, especially at night.

But anyhow, that's pretty crazy, lol. Thanks for sharing Val, take care! ^_^

  • @SinfulJon Hi SinfulJon! that sounds fun! u too take care :)

  • I think this one depends upon your age. Under 18 years old, doing a dine-and-dash might impress your date. Over 18 years old, and you will never get a second date if you do it.

  • @VivaToddVegas hey Todd!

  • A walk in the park eating cookies for dessert of course this is after you go to the Olive Garden.

  • @trafficdreamer haha - cookies is the way to go!

  • If I had someone I'd take her to an art show by someone good like...Val!!

  • @YoungHamp1 awww thx! well thats an idea! :P

  • I was just thinking "Olive Garden" when you mentioned it!

  • @audadvnc hehe great minds.... :P

  • The second date is the more intimate one, I feel. With the whole "dinner and a movie" thing.

Or you can suggest a cookie baking date. If they say they don't like cookies, KICK THEM TO THE CURB! lol

If my advice isn't good, maybe that explains why I am not currently dating, but I still think it's a good rule of thumb. *tear*

  • i agree something exciting like .... hmm i dont know bungie jumping TOGETHER that way you can get close to your date and say "WE did that together" something to tell the grandchildren. =]

  • Meeting with mutual friends at the beginning of a first date, like a bar, is my advice. It takes the "staring at each other for an hour" edge off, and the friends can give nudges for topics like "Hey! Tell them the story of when you..." and so on. If you feel like you're hitting it off, the two of you can separate yourselves from the group and get to know each other better one-on-one. And even if you don't like the other person, at least your friends are there to hang with the rest of the night!

  • @AlbeeJay I guess if you have mutual friends thats a huge plus! hehe

  • I'm too big of a big,so i just skip the first date and get straight to what i really want, that would be "desert".That's not lame, that's just kinky :3, doesn't count right?:D Or you could just go for a walk, grab some stuff to eat or drink on the way and talk about nonsence about likes and dislikes, dreams and such,or just pick a place to stay still and talk to him/her,whatever.

  • paintball maybe ? (just get in the same team seriously dont shoot at your date)

  • @EphraimRodrigez haha well thats fun!

  • @EphraimRodrigez Your suggestion made me lol. Paintball (on the same team) is an excellent idea though!

  • Hope you're having a good Thursday! Tell me your idea for a first date!
