hmmm the video doesnt have to make 'sense' the fact is, it helps. If even the box is still ticked, and being slow, try rooting your phone and overclock it.

My USB debgging has been on for months (since I rooted), but I went in, unclicked the box then clicked it again & plugged in the phone. MAGIC! The stupid thing works again! T H A N K Y O U !

That doent mke sense, making the phone to send debug info from the usb port every action it does requires more CPU power. And should make more lag.

i just go a galaxy fascinate and i'm appalled at how much it lags. I just never expected something like that...if all androids lag by default...I personally will stay far away from them as long as i can. I'll try this method and if it doesn't work, I'm getting an iphone. I've had experience with them anyway and liked them so it's not just falling for hype.

@ISunseekerI oh gosh no, i exchanged it for an iphone. I kept it for 2 weeks and before I exchanged it, it was literally freezing at times and I had problems making phone calls. I should have done my research anyway...i can see androids are more for technical people who like to have a hand in how their phone really works. I just want a phone that works and has interesting features...i'm happy with my iphone. The android was just not for me. It's just a phone choice though, no big deal.

This does fix it, if several thousands of people say this will fix it because they have tried it themselves and it works, and you are one that says this wont fix the small FPS lag HTC devices have, then your probably wrong and were right.

Of course HTC is better than the iPhone, I own an iPhone 3G and a HTC Touch Pro from 2008 and it's still better. But your video doesn't work I have Windows Mobile 6.5 and it has a different menu, that option is not available(searched for it hard).

@inSUBout well since i lasted posted a comment, i have downloaded HTC drivers and HTC Sync, I have synced my phone with the comp, it comes up on My HTC WildFire 'USB Debugging Connected' i taped charge only (btw the driver prob is fixed) But it does not seem to speed up any of my games on the phone, my phone is brand new and the Phone is Fast and Sharp but some of the games are laggy and some are smooth and some are laggy as shit so i dont get what the problem with my games are.
