they're easier if you can front handspring, you store the power in you back and slightly bent arms let your feet arch slightly over your head and spring. It takes time to get used to

it is easy while rolling just gotta be able to do a handstand and get your legs up quik aside from the truck flip a rail flip its was pretty gay i mean the flips were nice but they are easier when you get the momentum he had the flips are harder in motion
