Sometimes I wonder why all you guys say things like people are racist when you can't even accept what others are doing, even those of the same race as you. Number 4. Funny! I took ballet lessons as a kid and seeing #4's routine is hilarious. None of the steps are right. No talent!

howunoriginal2, if you took ballet like you said you did then you should know what is wrong with the routine and shouldn't have to ask me. Well, first of all, she is not wearing any shoes, tights, leotard and or tutu. Those are the basics of ballet performance. Her hair should have been pulled back into a clean bun. Her posture, leg placement and arms are incorrect.

I shouldn't have to explain this to someone who took ballet for several years. I don't know what was expected at your studio, but the studio I went to had strict guidelines for ballet especially if you're going to perform. So if you're still wondering why I thought this routine was hilarious, you should think again about what real talent is and how #4 has no real talent as a ballet dancer.

Actually, this wasn't even a ballet routine. It was more like a lyrical dance from what I can see. And it doesn't matter what you wear or how you put your hair up, you should know that. What matters most is the technique and the essence of it. This girl's dance exudes grace, confidence, and beauty; she's always pointing her toes. her hands flow and are held gracefully, and she's got confident posture. It looks beautiful, especially considering the small space she had to work with.

I agree with you about the confidence #4 had for doing a type of dance that does not exist. I'm not a lyrical dancer but I do know the fundamentals of the dance because my sister does lyrical. Lyrical dances combine a little bit of jazz and ballet and requires flexiblity, which this dancer does not have. I see no technique. As a dancer your appearance matters. Like I said I don't know what was required at you studio when it comes to appropriate wear for performances.
