Stern shits out more talent than these 3 douche bags have combined. Reality check is Stern is a pioneer and gave birth to the shock jock genre that O&A are now able to make a living in. O&A have never done anything original and couldn't even beat the ratings David Lee Roth was getting when Stern left K-Rock. Hearing O&A knocking Stern is like some 80's hair band with a minor hit stating they are better than Led Zeppelin. I've heard both shows over the years and Stern is the one with TALENT!

Sirius then became actual competition and was passing XM by. The logical move was for them to MERGE so they wouldn't go bankrupt doing advertising campaigns against each other. Stern is satellite radio. If O&A, Bob Levy or any of these no talent hacks left the biz tomorrow, nobody would care. Maybe the 50 O&A diehards would.
