My Father has a beautiful 61 Ford Falcon Wagon. Low in miles and has always lived in the desert so no rust anywhere. He can no longer drive, so I am going to sell it for him. Is anyone interested?
I'm not a Ford person and clicked on the wrong link to get here, but I have to say you did an impressive job witht that car. When a car reaches that age, all G.M./Ford rivalries usually end, as it should be. The interior is immaculate and attractively done. VERY nice.
Ah, Falcons! I bought a 63 2 door Futura back in 1975 and drove it until it died in 1981. It had a factory V-8 with 3 freeze plugs on each side of the block. I was told that it was a 289, not a 260. It also had a FoMoCo 2 speed automatic. It was a fun car, and still one of my all time favorite cars.
i have a 62 two door sedan, im working on it right now nut its kinda hard when your 17 and dont really have alot of money. you gave me some new ways to look at my falcon, nice car once again.
presently mid resto on a 64 falcon wagon..... check it out ... type 'ford rrs' in the search bit..... nice ride by the way, almost went that colour myself..
