Nice review. Exfoliate lips first. But have U ever thought about applying a lip primer prior 2 your lip stick? 2 act as barrier 2 help keep the undertones of your lip from interfering with the color of your lipstick. It actually help prevents feathering/bleeding of the lipstick. U want 2 pat it on the lip N right around the lip line. Let it absorb 4 a few seconds then apply our lipstick.
ansback74: oh girl, you are too sophicated for me :-D lol i am so simple, if anything requires me to do an extra step, chances are it won't get done. but, yeah, i do need to prime my lips.
