I'm originally from Houston, TX (I've been in the pacific northwest for a few years now), but I remember seeing these guys years ago at Helios. Dylan (the bassist) used to be the lead singer/guitarist in another band called Embassy with my old coworker (who was the drummer). I love his version because Hank's vocals really stand out with the eerie "ohhh... oooh... ohhh..."

Nice remark coming from someone who is obsessed with Lucille Ball and The Muppets. When you get your first pubic hair, name it Kermit and grow up. SBT are an awesome band...and I don't say that cuz I'm friends with em....they're awesome PERIOD!

Don't worry....SBT is getting there - they're bad ass and I catch em any chance I get. BTW - they've gone out of the US and are recognized, booked, played on MTV in other countries.

SBT are meant for a national audience. Shows like 'Late Night w/Conan' along with appearances on 'SNL' and 'The Today Show' to name but a few. It's just a matter of time really. Music this good can't be bottled up in H-Town 'FOREVER.' BTW, this acoustic version is killer! Proof positive it's time for a live, unplugged album.
