Apparently FOD isn't a big worry for this squadron. . . or at least this AC with his hat hanging out of his pocket on the flightline. I do remember hearing that the cargo flyers were a little on the casual side.

@Boostedstr8six The C-17 can operate from gravel runways, so FOD is not a big issue for it. Only fighter bases are really anal about FOD.
