He's holding the shuttle in his left hand incorrect, his hand shouldn't be in front of the racket because of the risk of hitting his hand. He should hold it with 2 fingers and a thumb, the thumb resting at the top of the side of the racket head

I suggest you demo on the real court with number of shots to show your consistencies.

Look the wrist angle at exact timing of hitting shuttle. You can find the wrist stand vertically to his forearm when he hitting. I recommend to lock the angle of wrist in square when hit the flick service, otherwise, the direction of the service became unsteady
