  • Were our fans singing 'you'll never walk alone'?

  • i like 2 move it move it

i like 2 move it move it

i like 2 move it move it

    i like 2

    move it

  • This was the first game i watched that truely broke my heart, i still remember the disappointment to this day. BLUE ARMY

  • I was deeply dissapointed as well, but looking back, this may have been the best thing to happen to Reading FC, we had more years to improve and have now become a force

  • @LittleLeeHere It all happens for a reason Lee, we've had our playoff final heartaches aswell but its all about making the most of the chance and i really think if you played anyone else in the division that day, you'd have beaten them - including champions Middlesbrough.

  • Oh you've gone and bloody spoiled it now havent ya!

  • what a fantastic team the most entertaining Bolton team .. ever ! god how we could do with another McGinley..

  • De Freitas = what a player

  • what they singing you'll never walk alone for the fuckin inbreds

  • Shut it ya cunt!!

How have you got on youtube, were did you nick the pc from ya theivin scouser!!!

  • Learn to spell "thieving" before trying to insult me you fucking strap on.

  • To be fair, I've no idea why we're singin that, maybe it was something to do with the fact we'd played you in the League Cup Final there a few weeks before, not sure.

But guys don't get into a spelling debate for Christs sake, we're still in the Premiership and Liverpool have a manager who probably can't even spell thieving himself so we're all happy eh!

  • This was my first ever Reading game! My great-uncle who was (and still is) Reading's kitman managed to get me a ticket. After the 600 mile trip down, I was heartbroken to see them lose. We're there now though! :D

  • not anymore your not `dick head

    BWFC forever

  • any need for that?

Or are you incredibly proud of a club in a constant relegation battle?

  • Can relate to you Ambia, I'd only been following the Whites about 10 months myself then (was 8 at this point). Awesome game, looks like you'll probably come back up.

And Tidusmi I don't really care what you say about relegation battles I'm fuckin proud of where we are right now. 1987 we were in division four losing to Wrexham 4-0. I'm pretty damn grateful.

  • I grew up in Reading but all of my family's from Horwich... Watching this match gives me such mixed emotions, though I was in the Reading end on the day...

  • fantastic day, although i didnt think so at half time stood under the stand wondering wtf was going on. Amazing come back though! brings a tear to my eye!! WHITES ARMY!

  • me too

  • i went to that match!

  • was there. lost my voice for two days.will always be up there in the best days of my life.

  • fantastic day

  • haha double this season 1-0 3-1 urz!!!!!!!!

  • you can beat us for a decade if you like.. you'll never take 4-3 away..

  • Well said. It took you 12 years to get where we got that day. See you at the end of this month Berkshire.

  • were can i get this match on dvd

  • Without doubt the greatest match in modern-day wanderers history.

Also just remembered, listen out in the dying seconds before the final whistle, the Bolton end singing "You'll never walk alone." A subtle reply to the Coca-cola cup defeat against Liverpool methinks...

  • Oh what a proud, proud day that was to be a Bolton Wanderers supporter. Massive thanks for updating these its been absolutely years since I have seen them. Without doubt THAT save the turning point in BWFC folklore.

    Come on you WHITEMEN!

  • One of the most exciting football matches I have ever seen!
