@0OO8 I would, but for only being in ONE game, I find his fanbase HUGE and his character overrated. What about Team Chaotix, or Chaos, or Cream? those are all outstanding characters, and they don't get much attention, especially Cream. Mephelis was in 1 game and BAM! Sure, he killed Sonic, but after 15 years, we could've expected that from any villian from Black Doom to Nega Eggman.

@boxorak ...or Hidden Paqlace, the area of the more major battle of the game. Blaze should be fought in Dead Line like she was before, and new attacks I think could benefit. Her set includes the Tornado-shaped spin-dash, a flaming homing attack (like the old shield), and shooting rapid many embers simultainiously. As for the Nega Wisp armor being too recent, I think Deep Core would be a great idea to re-imagine. I think it's underrated: it's cool-looking, challenging, and is in an original area!

@boxorak Well, for possibler (yet unlikely) future versions, Chaos would have no other role BUT a rival. He could be fought in the original corner area of Station Square, where he was fought before. Classic Knuckles is IMO a better idea than Mecha S. since he had no real role in S&K than a random boss fight, where 3 and K basically revolved around Knuckles. He'd be battled in Angel Island, since this is where he took the Chaos Emeralds in the first place.

@OneDimensionalPepsi The PC version is bought off of Steam for $30. It's compatible with Microsoft USB controllers, and playing it with a keyboard is just the 360 controller mapped onto... well, a keyboard. I'd just make sure you have a good graphics card before getting this--the PC version is identical to the PS3/360 version.

And no, you can't play it with a Gamecube controller. Sadly, it doesn't have quite enough buttons for Modern controls.

@Yorukin yes I would reccomend getting a 360 controller keyboard isnt bad for classic sonic but its kinda clunky for Modern Sonic you need to use q and e to quick step and 1 and 3 to drift so its hard to boost and quick step at the same time and sadly there are no USB Gamecube controllers out there

My favorite of the 7 bosses/rivals, but it's this one problem i've had ever since I found out he'd be in the game. He's from the Dreamcast Era. One day I thought, "if this were fixed, I'd replace Biolizard with this, and the Modern boss would be...the Nega Wisp Armor!"

Anyone like that idea?

Also, I thought rivals should be different, so Classic would be Classic Knuckles, Dreamcast would be Chaos 0, and likely what most can agree on, Modern rival could be Blaze, since fighting Silver isnt right!

Also, Egg Emperor was the Modern Era boss for some reason.

Nega-Wisp is a little bit too recent to be the Modern Boss. Maybe the Egg Wyvern from Sonic '06?

As for the rivals....Knuckles sounds interesting. Chaos already has a boss fight on the console version, so he's out. Blaze would be cool, too, but I'm not sure how her fight could be redone.

You know who I really wanted to be a rival boss? Mecha Sonic from Sonic and Knuckles.
