Also, he told a witness that he was intending to disrupt the hearing in an attempt to have a mis-trial. @rilus She didn't make that determination. The deputies and registered nurse did. She was only going off their advise. And then add that on top of his antics performed in the previous day's trial and the fact that he told a witness that it was his intent to disrupt the trial and hopefully get a mistrial verdict. I would say that she was well justified in not delaying the case and costing the citizens more tax dollars on his antics.
