sorry for my random rant! I really do want this movie to turn out great and not be overshadowed by tru blood the whole vampires are citizens now too are common... But LKH's book got out first!

Actually I really like edward because he's a good friend of anita and well their connection with the whole soul mate thing is really inriguing! though anitas plate is full of men, being a brother friend figure is the best

Now tho i think he is more special cause all of the other boys have beed "fed" on already and he still cares for anita without any romantic expectations from her... He's the only non-preternatural there who is decent and lovable
I hope the movie wont be low budgeted. Tru blood has good promotions tho i dont watch it.

hmmm, mila kunis as anita huh?.... i only saw parts of max payne, but i had a hard time accepting her being so tough..idk may just be me. although when it comes to someone fillin anitas role im quite selective. i love this song and video by the wayz. good job yoze!
First Michelle Rodriguez? No Way! Way not pale enough. I have this conversation on other forum about other books going to movies. People look for new comers. Hair color don't matter, that can be changed at a drop of a hat. But for something like this you want someone who can be committed for sequels. name actors are not really that available. Heck Michelle has two coming out in 2009 and in my mind she not anyone special.
For the first Anita Blake movie you want inexpensive
I always saw Raine as a bulky blonde more scand. Anglie Jolie would make a better Anita then Michille. Damien as a red head? Maybe he was a viking. Lance Armstrong looked like Edward! Jean was just not Jean-Claude. Micah was okay. Nathaniel maybe as he is now but not as he began. Jason was okay, but he looks as strong personality as Richard, and Richard was okay, not great. So you don't have a cast her yet lol
Damien has red hair and beautiful green eyes. It took me forever to find those few pics of him. I am still having problems with finding the perfect Jean-Claude, and Nathaniel. Men usually don't have hair to their ankles. ;) So I am still working on my latest creation.
I completely agree! Michelle Rodriguez would make a horrible Anita Blake: one, she is to ethnis and tan, Anita is pale and resembles her father; two, Anita is way more endowed and less masculine, and would NEVER wear a shirt that shows her nipples.
Um i thought she resembled her mother, remember that she stuck out in her family when she was growing up?
