  • Here's the secret to getting abs:

    1) Get your weight below 10% (15% for women)

    2) Do 40 - 45 minutes of cardio (jogging is fine, a treadmill is preferable). 45 min should be jogging forward. 10 min should be jogging backwards.

    3) Do this 5 times a week and eat a healthy diet and you should be well on your way to losing those pounds.

    4) When you get your fat % to 10%, then watch these videos!!!

  • some nice idea's here dude, i've been working out at home for many years now and have come up with loads of different variations of exercises, nice to see some new ones :) i would suggest crunches too ^^ putting your hands either side of your temple and lift your chest and knees together and back down without your back or legs touching the ground, also i dunno if its any good but the plank seems ok ^^

  • @heaintloveu cause training is said in terms of preparing. Usually, things that are prepared work out better than things that were not. In this case, we are trying to better our abdominal muscles (by training/preparing) so that we can achieve our goal of six pack abs.

  • Working out your abs is NOT the most important part of getting abs.

    If you truly want abs you need to get rid of the fat that's covering them. That's the real challenge of getting abs.

    1) How oftern should you work out ina week

    2) Is Acheing like a bish the day after a good sign, and should you workout ontop of achey muscles

    1) you need to relax your muscles so every other day do this, and the days you skip doing abs do something else like arms or legs.

    3) if you keep doing any work out, after a week or two you will notice improvement :)
