some nice idea's here dude, i've been working out at home for many years now and have come up with loads of different variations of exercises, nice to see some new ones :) i would suggest crunches too ^^ putting your hands either side of your temple and lift your chest and knees together and back down without your back or legs touching the ground, also i dunno if its any good but the plank seems ok ^^

Working out your abs is NOT the most important part of getting abs.
If you truly want abs you need to get rid of the fat that's covering them. That's the real challenge of getting abs.

Here's the secret to getting abs:
1) Get your weight below 10% (15% for women)
2) Do 40 - 45 minutes of cardio (jogging is fine, a treadmill is preferable). 45 min should be jogging forward. 10 min should be jogging backwards.
3) Do this 5 times a week and eat a healthy diet and you should be well on your way to losing those pounds.
4) When you get your fat % to 10%, then watch these videos!!!
