I feel like they (the powers that be) are skipping through all this stuff quickly. I wasn`t so happy with the porposal or the engagement party. That was so lame. Seemed rushed to me. Maybe I`m the only one. I was hoping it would be more romantic and we would see more of them together.
I kinda wish you wouldn't talk about Clark loving Lois like it's just for the sex, because he's proved time and time again that he is a man who wants more than that in a relationship. Other than that, great review :)
The whole final scene was the funeral and then after they put Carter's body on the tomb beside Shayera's, a tiny pyramid came up from the ground, it flashed and everyone including Clark fainted. The credits then come on.
@reboot94 ~ SuperChloe to the rescue, huh? I hope that doesn't happen. At least don't have Everyone be helpless without her. The whole team with Clark, Oliver, and Lois had to rescue HER from Black Creek at the beginning of S8. I hope she hasn't donned a supersuit like Lana lol
i'm actually looking forward to chloe's return, love allison, love chloe, she was an awesome sidekick, i don't think she should have ever left in the first place, it should've been her and tess running watch tower but that probably would have been to much drama with tess, chloe and oliver, anyways i liked this episode and the cliffhanger was interesting and i can't wait to see what happens upon their return in january
I wonder if Lois will lose her memory of knowing the truth about Clark and his powers. I mean she never knew that Superman, and Clark Kent were the same person, at least not right away. I also wonder if the real Lex is still alive as well, it would be strange that Superman's arch nemesis was just a clone of Lex Luthor.
The way Carter Hall/Hawkman's lifeline works is that when he dies, he's reincarnated along with his soul mate Shiera. Over time, they regain their memories and are drawn to each other, the cycle starting again. Right now, two infants with very old souls are somewhere in the world. Unfortunately, that means Shanks likely won't be back barring flashbacks. As for the end, Carter was laid to rest next to Shiera, their helmets on top of the coffins. There was a flash of light, knocking out everyone.
Believe me, you didn't miss much after your freeze! I thought Clois proposal was most awesome part of ep. And the scene of them at the farm between them was very natural, just like Ma and Pa Kent!
I hope Lois gets more air time when season 10 comes back! She deserves it and hopefully they'll stop mentioning that tramp Lana Lang. I guess Chloe coming back is alright. Season 10 fucking rocks!
Also, sad to tell you, we're not going to see Carter in any more episodes. I would have LOVED to see him as a regular, but this episode has some parallels to Reckoning and it was devastating when the funeral scene took place.

I love Ollie, but I was PISSED when he outed himself. As it is I'm not sure how they are going to keep people from not knowing Clark=Superman when he dons the cape so to speak, this was annoying, but that made things worse. It'll be interesting to see what comes next, I hope!

I think all the Heroes are captured. The triangle was a trap from the VRA and I think this is why Chloe comes back, to save everyone.
