I never had that experience since I was never the center of the world with them anyhow, I was this strange little creature, one who asked for food, and constantly bombarding the adults with massive amounts of questions. My mother worked as a dancer at night and often as a manager of apartment rentals, I recall she often just wasn't around, and then she and my brother's father started working with each other, in his own contracted cleaning business. eh, I hated how everyone worked, all too much.
