  • seems like it has been extremely simplified. I didn't feel it after doing it like 20 times...but I think that's probably got more to do with me doing this kind of stuff more intensely then it being a bad workout

  • This looks simple, but I tried it, and its a really good combo that gets you feeling the work out after just a few times of repeating it. Thanks for this post!
