  • Actually its been a year or so, i've just turned fifteen and its been a long while since i've heard this song in the language arts classroom of Mr. Julio at enterprise so i gotta give you a thanks for responding to my comments cause i still love this song as much as i did a year ago,

  • wow, this is really good. I've recently started to have an interest in swing/jazz music, any other reccomendations? I like the upbeat stuff. Similar to Amy Winehouse.

  • First version of this song I've heard was this one and it is the best one......Absolutly great performance !!! Long live the swing!!!!

  • I remember a slightly slower version in 1958 at the Gate Of Horn in Chicago. It was Duke and Lena Horne doing a 1 night gig. I wasn't suppose to be in there at age 8 but my parents brought me in to witness history, and I'm glad they did. They didn't check ID's in those days, and they figured I couldn't hold down a martini at that age anyway.

  • this is probably one of the best versions. its fast. its got that great trumpet tone. ahh growln. cotton club. and Cab! i know Cab's great grand nephew. drummer for 4th ave jones.
