It happened in volume seven, as far as the English translated version goes. In the Japanese version of the manga, there were 38 volumes, but in the English version they put more chapters in each book to make them fit into 36. The Japanese volume would be number 8, which is how they grouped them on mangafox, if that's how you'd like to read them. But if you pick up the book, it would be 7.
