Ocasionally, I've found English dubs that actually sound good, but for the most part... English people don't know how to do good dubbing. I prefer the Japanese track to almost every dub I've ever heard.

Long story short, don't expect them to dub and have it sound good. That's rare.

it's really about how much money they put into it. Sometimes they hire voice actors, sometimes I swear they just grab someone on the design team that knows a few words of english.
