Oh man dude PLEASE don't get me wrong, I 100% agree with you. Bale and Oldman are fantastic in their roles throughout, as was Eckhart in TDK. I COMPLETELY agree with you. While I love Ledger, I felt Bale was real star of TDK but of course everyone simply mocks him cause of the voice, which is pretty badass most of the time actually. I said Hardy and Hathaway because we have yet to be blown away by them. Anyone with a mind knows Bale and Oldman will be incredible again

It's harder to understand Bane in the prologue. In the prologue, Bane's voice is higher pitched and muffled with a strange accent. In the trailer, his voice is deeper with a more subtle accent. there's a difference betwwen the two.

If you have read nolans notes on the voice of bane, he states that it is special and will tie in with the story, there is more to it. The accent is incredibly unusual, I have a HD recording of the prologue (can be found on demonoid.me) and it is slightly tricky to understand him I will admit, but to me this adds a sort of menacing and theatrical nature to this character. and again, nolan tells fans to ''just wait'' because all will be revealed :)
