There are so many things to say about this "comparison." I think the first one is, for it to be a true comparison, they have to be singing the same song, not just one with the same name. The quality of the songs from this video is pretty bad, so it doesn't help either. That said, this is pretty much the only song by Rihanna that I like. I like all of what I've heard from Leona Lewis, so I'd say I like her song better, but still, not a true comparison.

I did not know Leona had a version of the same song. They are as different as night and day. I would not even attempt to compare the two. It is like comparing rock verus hip hop. As a song goes, I like Rihanna's version as a voice goes I love Leona. Her Better in Time is one of my all time favorites.

umm actually no it's not.. Leona's Take A Bow was known way before Rihanna's was even on the drawing board. It was everyone's jam on Spirit especially those in the UK who had the Spirit Album released in December as opposed to those in the US in April, and even the people in the US were jammin to this without her official arrival! Things don't need to be a single to be popular! Trust me, Michael Jackson's Thriller as well as Destiny's Child Destiny Fulfilled empirically proves!

It doesn't matter which one is better because even though both songs are very similar in concept, they are VERY different altogether and were written and recorded at different times, Leona's before Rihanna's. They're both good but Leona is obviously the better singer, though some would argue otherwise.
