excelent video, right now i'm using this fluke for fiber optic, but i need some tecnical info or some guide of this equipment because when im trying to do a test it always said fail, do you know where i cand find some info or guides because the pdf documents from the oficial site, doesn't help me in this trouble, thaks for reading this.

Is this type of equipment that is used to 'certify' a line?
