dude i love this video and i totally feel you because i had the same experience of disapointment and had to do the same thing. but its all good now because o upgraded to the HTC Touch Pro2, and it rocks!, and for my next fone im look at android as a operating system.

I gave it back. i paid for it not a contract. and using N97 is hard? no..but its slow? yes, its freezing? yes..multitasking works good? no..low RAM..everything depends on it. so there is nothing here about able to use it or else. its HARDWARE/SOFTWARE CAPABILITIES r LIMITED .BECAUSE OF RAM. anyway. NOKIA is stupid enough to make a flagship phone with 128MB ram. phone is cool. i really liked LIVE WIDGETS. wish they work good but they dont ..why? becasue of LOW ram they CONSUME RAM like hell.

Umm how can i explain; it means a phone which the company(nokia) turst so much for both sales and technology. its the company's best product which will make a big achivement for the company..but N97 fails bigtime.

I have 3GS and had the two iPhones before that.  It's all on preference and for some people, and majority does say that iPhone is better.

Ironic that Nokia themselves referred to this as a "facebook phone", and the facebook app doesn't even work properly. Glad I got an HTC touch HD

good job, you have the courage of returning it even that you are a Symbian knowledgeable person (which that phone is for only), I never owned the N97 but as I read more reviews from the symbian community i'm gona wait for a next Eseries or an upgrade of the 5800 this year, more phones coming in 2009.
