No, They will not fall at the constant acceleration because of air friction which proportional to velocity of the object (at low speed) or v^2 (at high speed). So, the speed of the object will increasing to the terminal velocity.

But If you only thing about the gravity. They will fall at the same Acceleration (about 9.8 m/s^2) so their speed will increasing.
