I finally understand its meaning!!! this whole time I was wondering how the hell it works, and sometimes not actually being able to set it up. I have seen the light and I can set it up every time now. =] Might buy a DVD.
Thanks for this very very very good tutorial, i understood it fully, its very clear to me thanks for putting the effort in =)
Basically for those who didnt understand. There is the sound source for example a malstrom with a synth loaded - this is what the actually sound will sound like.
And then the modulator for example a dr rex with a house beat loaded - this makes the sound input (malstrom) sound like the house beat. :)
Hey, have you guys seen the Windows 7 equipped StudioBLADE keyboard workstation? Its perfect for running all your favorite Windows compatible software and plug-ins! Click the link below for videos!
im having some trouble with reason, i want to put an instrument to play only once for the beginning like an intro and i dont know how to do it, any help?
This is a great video. Its slow enough, and explained well enough so I can watch the video and work with reason in realtime. Im just a novice messing around with the program, its fun to use.
if you dont already know you have 2 go 2 edit then at the bottom into the preferance box, go to audio and there will be a drop down menu set it to your sound card! Took me weeks to get help with that!
Thanks for the vid but I do have a problem. When I put the .wav file through the redrum the pitch of the modulation is lowered and its fades away after a second or so. When I play the .wav through media player it comes out fine though. Do you have any idea what happened?
very helpful

The answer is in the "Length" knob on the Redrum channel. Ramp that up and all should be fine. ;)
