@srzwick32 If think that this is the best bideo out there explaining about the limit screws, by far. But he could have said more about the cable tension, and what sort of situations of "disajustment" you could find. Great video anyway.
Thanks for posting this video! I have a mountain bike that I bought from a big box chain store and their people put it together. I can't shift out of first gear. I have the book but its a little confusing. Its nice to have a video to supplement the book. Now, in my particular case, how would you approach fixing the problem? Would you start by adjusting the hi/lo screws or the cable? Or, would it be better to disconnect the cable and start from scratch? Thank you again!
