I have to make a PSA for my english summative - do PSA's have to have narration to it like this one?

I plan to do make a media literacy PSA showing kids playing video games - and what it could lead to - etc etc - you know, all that jazz...

But would i have to make it very documentary-like similar to this one?

Hey, PSA's come in all shapes and sizes. It can really be anything you want it to be as long as it obviously gets the message across you want to send. For example, I did one once that had no words just music and it showed a bunch of my friends at a party then a girl dying in a car accident. So its basically whatever you want to do

In the modern age, the camera has replaced the pen and the video screen has replaced the paper. You have learned to read and write the dominant medium, but most americans are living in the dark ages. Congrats on your video. Once people start making their own media, then they aren't as easy to manipulate. Good job, the media world needs more female producers.
