This is absolutely BULL! These responses are probably from the same person or most likely from the owners. There's only one person taking care of 6 residents and does not speak English or has any kind of certification. Last week, when there were record low temps in Miami, the heater was not turned on and the controls were kept under lock and key. They do not transport residents to appointments and feed patients with special dietary needs is "cheaper". Don't trust these people or the fake posts.

@qluxor The name of this facility has change to Sunset Senior Care and just a few weeks ago the Police was called because the attendant was abusing some of the weaker seniors; she was restraining residents and taping their mouths shut. It turned out that she was illegal and held seven aliases and social security numbers. The owners washed their hands and blamed the employee but did not even questioned that this person could not speak, read, or write in English before hiring her.
