Lol come on guys... You think this is about a serial killer?!? The doctor is Marshall's disease of addiction talking to him. Thats why he at first acts friendly and seems like a "good" voice... But slowly his disease gets more persuasive and tempting. Then the alarm clock is him snapping back to sanity. Why would he be mentioning phrases like: "12 steps" , "sobriety" , and "sponser" if he's talking about a serial killer? The name of the album is "Relapse" & most of the songs are about addiction
