Most Marjas say beard, based on obligatory precaution. Why? There isn't strong evidence to prove that it is Wajib. That is why some Marjas like Saanei and Fadlullah say beard is not wajib at all.

Well I am a mawalee but I want to get myself clarified thats what religious scholars make matter of beard, hijab some times so strict and some scholars even themself have no beard or jus sm hairs grown in he name of beard,

or so strict veil that even includes gloves and socks,

Is this a matter of ijtihad or a matter of personal choices,

could we being in wilayat e Ali and behave normal to mix up with the rest of the world,

How much minimum body covering???

how long and style of beard??/

I just read your comment and am replying.

All shia scholars including the two most important "Mujtahids" of the present time "Ayatullah Khameni" and 'Ayatullah Sistani" are 100% agreed on hijaab & beard.

Covering face, gloves and feet is not waajib. In Hajj and during prayers, what every Muslim woman does is Hijaab i.e. cover her hair, arms, forearms and rest of the body.

Being in Wilayat-e-Ali does not make you alien and you should get mixed up.

Do get mixed up with others as a role model so that they could take inspiration from you as a follower of Imam Ali and will know more about him.

There is not fixed length for beard. However, it should "look like a beard" and not like 2-day shave even if it's small. It should not be a French-cut either.
