I know that tao, it's a mix between the first and the second tao of the BAi HE SHI HE QUAN (feeding/eating crane from Taiwan).
The first is called "the 3 battle" but I really don't know the name of the second, even if I'm learning that style since 7 years. I'm gonna ask my sifu Thierry SAELENS the name of the tao since now ^^.
The master on that video doesn't show the real power of the style cause he doesn't have the good shoes to do it.
@undaverse - the first form is usually called "Angle Battle", with the second being "3 Battle". I'm sorry, but I don't know the identity of the performer.
Really strong power in the hands and in the belly, but nothing coming from his legs...

Nice! We are currently practicing, in anticipation of Sifu's visit in August, this form. I HIGHLY doubt I'll EVER be that good! :O
