In a moral perspective, it is probably not a good idea to reveal the emailer's e-mail. The sender of the e-mail is (most likely) a private person who has no intention of becoming a recipient of public comments, unlike Studio B and Shep who are intentionally public. It would have been more elegant if the camera was panned a tiny bit lower to hide the adress.

Still, if you express your views, you should be accountable for what you say. That is the contract with free speech.

I'm sorry but you are very mistaken. Under the law emails are the property of the recipient. Unless both parties agree ahead of time to make them confidential, the recipient of an email is free to repeat, publish, or read over the air anything he receives.
