'Mitochondrial DNA' studies show scientifically that there is absolutley no such thing as race and that someone who is 'white' can be much more closely related to a black person than to a white person. Mitochondrial DNA is passed down via mothers only and it does not change in many generations, so it is an excellent 'marker' for who is decended from whom. Race is a lie.
