  • The lds church dosnt hate anyone one, we believe that we should love one another. Just because the bible tells us that we shouldn't condone with homosexuality people act as if were the most evil people ever.My family is lds and I have a gay brother we dont criticize him or look down on him or treat him any different it's his choise.

  • Even if you are gay that dosnt mean you cant be a member. We don't deny anyone membership in the church regardles of sex, race Ect. Besides other churches don't condone with homosexuality.

  • i find it odd that not only the Mormons, but the Baptist and Catholics and other religious groups seem to have this obession over what gay folks are doing.

  • Unfortunately, it's generally frowned upon when gay Mormon kids (or gay Catholic kids) shoot their bishops.

  • @donatellanobody its frowned upon when anyone shoots anyone. Prieod

  • GOD MADE ADAM AND EVE.....NOT ADAM AND STEVE

  • @snowiemann This is the 3rd video that you've left the SAME EXACT COMMENT on! You do realize that the stupid expression that you are espousing is what a child would say, don't you?

The LDS has obviously rotted that part of your brain that forms intellect and thought.

  • @snowiemann: "... NOT ADAM AND STEVE"

-- So, we already know from official polls that the demographic group with the highest percentage of votes for prop 8 was not blacks or Catholics or city or country folks-- it was people who never made it past 12th grade.

Apparently, it's also folks like snowieman-- the ones with an attention span no longer than a bumper sticker.

  • This is so flipin stupid! GAYS ARE ABSOLUTE IDOITS! THEY ARE JUST TRYING TO SEEK ATTENTION! IF YOU FRIGIN CARE SO MUCH MOVE TO CANADA OR SOME SORT OF ISLAND! YOU STUPID IDOITS! THIS IS SO ANNOYING

  • wow, a shady church, with a shady protest. bringing lots of gays to a satanic site.

  • @el10presidential all I have to say is presidential, FUCK YOUR MOM IN THE FACE.

  • Ok, homosexuality is a sin against God. It being legal doesn't make it moral. God's laws trumps man's laws. Boyd K. Packer's talk was right on with the message. If you don't like homosexuality being taught as a sin take it up with God since it's His rules.

  • @majinish God's laws trump man's laws? In whose universe? I hope you NEVER have to give testimony before a court.

  • @majinish

but what if he said that on purpose. have you not seen the sinister markings in and around that church. the shadow casting jesus, the carved pentagrams. oh and the bigass tree they put up on so called chritmas. cmon he obviously wanted to attract a mass of negative energy.

  • Ok, so these people believe in rioting on sacred ground. That won't go over well with the Lord. Anyone else know why Sodom and Gummorah was destroyed?

  • @majinish It was destroyed because of the inhospitable inhabitants. READ AGAIN.

  • @mykelb Which were homosexual. You need to do some serious reading.

  • God = Gay? how blasphemous could you be?

  • you think god and jesus would say horrible things just because they're attracted to the same sex?

    i say bull shit

  • @kenseisato1989 yes i would say Jesus wont say anything to gays He just simply destroy them like the people in Sodom and Gummorah.

  • @ijij123

sounds like what the devile would do

  • @kenseisato1989 well sir if you read the bible, it clearly state that God himself destroy that city because of morality, when people of sodom didn't change what their doing, well... you can read the bible pertaining what happen to the city of sodom and gummorah.

  • @ijij123

well thats just what you beilieve.

i just don't think god would distroy his own children, he would let it slide but it would break his heart to see his children doing things that he didn't like.

i just don't think a hire being like god would do that but thats just my 2 cents.

  • @kenseisato1989

huh. let it slide. i know your young and all. but if your commited to sinning, and you have no regret even on your last breath before dying, i dont think he'll save you. i mean, sorry, i just dont think god or jesus are anyone to be taken lightly.

  • @el10presidential

your god that you believe in is perfect that gives you happiness and draws the line from right and wrong.

i grew up with morman parents who literary forced me into their religion. I am 21(yes that is yung) but it dosn't mean my belief in god isn't pondered for countless hrs.

every religion believes that their religion is the only "true" religion and everyone else who dosn't obay goes to hell or isn't allowed in their heaven.

I just don't believe that kind of religion

  • @ijij123 Pertaining to what i said, its all in the Holy Scriptures, now i can't force you to believe everything that i tell you. Im just telling that God can be the God of wrath, He can and he will if it is necessary, anyways its your call... by the way thank you sir because your not like other people here who's mind is bias. Anyway Godbless...

  • @ijij123 Foolish mysticism and $3.50 will get you a cup of java at Starbucks.

  • How is he being hateful? The scriptures, the Bible included, talks about homosexuality being a sin. These people are just mad because the church will never believe in sin, including homosexuality. We members will always stand up for what's right and will not give in to temptation.

  • "and see where he said anything atni-gay or hateful"

Listened to it and he is saying stuff that is anti-gay or hateful. Sorry you are so under the influence of a cult to not see that.

And if you don't believe me that what he is saying is hateful, just look at the comments by your fellow mormons. What is the old saying, by their fruit you shall know them?

  • People who says he used hateful or anti-gay remarks are way off the mark. Listen to the entire talk and try and see where he said anything atni-gay or hateful. It's not there, and if you think it is, then you are creating something that was never there and are being EXTREMELY over sensitive about very gently spoken words with no ill-intended vocabulary.

The message delivered was not somethign new. The doctrine of the church concerning this matter has existed for 180 years.

  • gay is not the way it is sick no good lds will not change keep on doing it gay people were ever you go there will be a mormon temple and a mormon church ward steak branchthey are building a new mormon temple in ct what do you think about that amen GOD bless.

  • @jerrall75 hey, whiz kid: since when does "literally" loving your fellow men mean having gay sex with them? wow, you're almost as brilliant as DrPorterRockwell.

D&C 64:9 “Wherefore, I say unto you, that ye ought to forgive one another; for he that forgiveth not his brother his trespasses standeth condemned before the Lord; for there remaineth in him the GREATER SIN.

...of you it is required to forgive all men."

    ouch.

way to follow the Lord's commandments, there buddy.

    ;)

  • kill yourself, you satan's followers freaky gays and lesbians! you are doing killing others through practicing filthy homosexualities. Because your freaky communinty will destroy mankind! Please wake up!

  • @strongpride73

Hey, while you are in the closet, can you check to see if I left my shoes in there?

  • @jerrall75 The APA: research shows that the children with gay or lesbian parents do as well as children with heterosexual parents. Having a gay or lesbian parent doesn't affect a child's social adjustment, school success or sexual orientation, say researchers.

"Sexual orientation has nothing to do with good parenting," notes Armand Cerbone, PhD, who reviewed research on gay and lesbian parenting as chair of APA's Working Group on Same-Sex Families and Relationships.

    Prove them wrong.

  • @jerrall75 proof sexual orientation is a choice and can be changed, prove it.

  • @jerrall75 prove it. the APA proves you WRONG.

  • @jerrall75 proof please, science has proven evolution, and we have fossil evidence we came from the apes, we have our own DNA as evidence..

  • @jerrall75 proof please. science has proved evolution.

  • @jerrall75 prov e it, I had a mom and dad, I got picked on in school, plenty of kids with moms and dads get picked on. prove me wrong,, wheres your documentation?

  • @jerrall75

"No being a single parent is fine, sometimes that can't be helped. "

    Double standard

"But for two guys yes, think about the poor little kid being picked on there whole life, "

    By religious douchebags

"selfish if you ask me. "

You are the expert at being selfish

"you want a family with kids get rid of the gay buddy and get a women."

Why does it matter to you? Do but your nose into everyone's business?

  • @jerrall75

"Look at you poor little gay guy."

Look at you poor deluded member of cult.

"If two gay guys can't make a kid then you have no business trying to raise on."

Stupid comment from a stupid person. Single parents can't make a kid on their own, do you want to take away their kids also?

    "That is true blasphemy."

Actually that would be you pretending to be a Christian when any follower of christ wouldn't be bearing false witness as you have.

  • @jerrall75

No they don't and what is your business?

  • @jerrall75 I don't agree with your ignorance and lack of education on homosexuals.

  • @jerrall75 THen why is it ok to discriminate against gays? typical Christian defense.

  • @jerrall75 Research shows that families headed by gay and lesbian parents are as healthy as traditional families, but misperceptions linger.

  • @jerrall75

research shows that the children with gay or lesbian parents do as well as children with heterosexual parents.

  • @jerrall75 When we all die we will ALL learn the real truth, and guess what? your in for a real shocker, Oh and sorry but their are LOTS of gay families, you do not know the definition of Family.

This applies to gays: a social unit consisting of one or more adults together with the children they care for: a single-parent family. their are PLENTY of gay parents.

  • @jerrall75 that makes no sense.

  • This is why God created Girls

  • @jerrall75 according to what scripture? you see, fortunately for you and people like DrPorterRockwell, your porn addiction at least has the solution in the Church which is a "legal" marriage where sex can finally be had. since the Church views homosexuality the same as an addiction to porn (something that can simply be repented of) gays don't have a solution to their problem. they are trapped between an "addiction" and no solution to that "addiction." do grasp what i am saying?

  • @SvenTveskegg

    Wait? What?

You were lying about your fiancé? You are actually a homosexual? Makes since because you mentioned you couldn't go on a mission, but I thought it was just the self admitting fornication with those women, but they were really men? Michael, Michael - you are such an enigma, almost.

  • @jerrall75 your ignorance and hate is gross.

  • There was no hatred in that talk!!! NONE!

  • @tcfarmer

well if that is true, then we can only assume there was no hatred in Gov Boggs extermination order in the 1840s!

  • WHACKJOBS

  • @IWDTC69

"Sorry, no change, nor will it ever. "

Except in the 24 hours it took your church to publish his speech onine.

Sorry, but the evidence is there in black and white.

Compare the video to what has been published online by your church, and you'll see it has been changed and edited. It is not what packer said.

So since your church changed Packer's words in 24 hours after he said them, what else are they lying about?

  • @cryan71

Imagine that, lying again on another video for you can read the text and watch the video of Elder Packer's talk and see no changes (all on the official LDS website).

So take the "protests" to people who will care or will acknowledge the childish whine that your abomination is not accepted by the Lord.

  • @DrPorterRockwell

Plenty of news articles on this on the web. Look it up.

So, now that you have been proven a liar, we can only assume that every other thing you say is a lie.

  • @cryan71

    ROFL! "News articles"?

Yet, as that liar that you are, you made the pathetic claim "compare the video to what has been published online by your church, and you'll see it has been changed and edited."

Yep, you got us - the LDS Church has access to all "news articles" online and changes them when deemed necessary.

The desperation is pathetic, nice try.

  • @DrPorterRockwell

    "News articles"?

Salt Lake Tribune - NPR - Etc.

Keep lying DPR, you just continue lose credibility.

  • @cryan71

ROFL! The LDS Church changed the newspapers of the "Salt Lake Tribune" and "NPR"?

    Wow! What a conspiracy!

One thing that will never change that you will wail and gnash your teeth about is that homosexuality will always remain an abomination which is why you absolutely hate the Lord and His Church and spend your time spewing lies about.

Hurry now, I think there is another uproar and protest that is brewing that you need to attend to! lolz good luck with that!

  • @DrPorterRockwell

No you retard -- the fact that your church changed the words from the actual talk in what they published.

    Are you really this dense?

  • @cryan71

"retard"? Wow! Is this the "tolerance" that homosexuals espouse?

You made the pathetic claim that the LDS Church changed newspapers as in the Salt Lake Tribune & NPR & you want to call me "dense"? lolz okay scroll down - you said it.

Every Conference the speakers edit their talks, not new, it just became a personal agenda for those who hate the Lord's anointed. Congratulations, you found a non-issue for no matter how much you scream, homosexuality will always be an abomination.

  • @DrPorterRockwell As long as religion exists, there will always be hate, God spoke about false churches and false profits. It's written in the bible.

  • @RascalCoyote

Yeah sure, an atheist knows about God and the Bible, nice try.

  • @DrPorterRockwell we know more then you, prove us wrong, PROVE the bible doesn't talk about false churches and false profits, I used to be a christian, i READ the bible unlike most Christians.

  • @RascalCoyote

ROFL! Okay since this is obviously elementary recess to you, good luck with that.

We will stick with God's word and you can stick with your abomination, you know what it says in the Bible?

  • Comment removed

  • @DrPorterRockwell so you have evaded the truth again, eh, DrPorter? you built the house now you have to live in it. interesting how when i ask you questions that implement your hypocrisy you move on to easy and insignificant posts to attack.

"by this shall men know ye are my disciples if ye have love one to another."

why do you continue to choose to be anti-Christ and not love your fellow men?

  • @SvenTveskegg

Is it the brain damage (that you tragically suffered) stalking me or is it the drug abuse again?

  • @DrPorterRockwell

See DPR represents all Mormons. And this is how Mormons actually behave. There obviously are not the kind, gentle people they try to portray in their commericials or by their missionaries.

DPR is the true face of Mormonism.

  • @cryan71

No need to talk to me in 3rd person when you replied directly to me.

Poor homosexual apostate, "persecuted" by the Mormons. Let me send you a box of tissues.

  • @DrPorterRockwell

Again, take a look people -- DPR is every Mormon you will ever know. He represents how they really act, once the missionaries are gone and the PR campaigns are over.

    DPR-- is every single Mormon.

  • @cryan71

Hurry, I would delete your comment about "retards" before making a lying post like this.

What is your next stop? Vandalize LDS Churches? Send white powder to the LDS Church office?

Shhh you don't have to reveal the true "colors" of the gay mafia, we already know.

  • @DrPorterRockwell

LDS always trying to play the victim.

  • @cryan71 don't waist your time with him, let him stew in his hate. ignorance and arrogance.

  • @RascalCoyote

Imagine heaven populated by DrPorterRockwells and his alter ego DrCaustic (or admited closeted homosexual MormonAnswerMan). Would anyone really want to spend any time there? Would that really be heaven? Technically, it would be called hell.

  • @cryan71 That IS hell.

  • @DrPorterRockwell Jesus said to LOVE one another, why must you hate so much? why can't you follow the lords teachings? WHERE in your bible does it say to hate gays and act so vile towards us?

  • @IWDTC69

Funny, it seemed to change what Boyd K. Packer said already -- the church changed his speech on their website to seem less hateful. Guess protesting does work.

  • I admire the brave protesters in Salt Lake! You go! Don't take the hate, silence is what is feeding the hate.

  • Where are the cops and the tear gas, is it just coz they r gay they dont get attacked?

  • @kakapoable

"is it just coz they r gay they dont get attacked?"

No, it is that damn silly constitution giving people the right to freely express themselves and to gather in groups.

  • Yup, "HPV if the main cause of rectal cancer" yet another example of the dangers of anal sex.

  • @SusanMCM

HPV also spreads through vaginal sex - you wanna ban that too?

  • Anal sex has ALWAYS been dangerous because of the risk of bacterial and viral infections. and the physical damage the act does to the rectum. Until the 20th century, a simple infection would most defintely kill you as would internal tearing.

Today, the dangers are HIV , hepititus C among other things...still very real

  • @slees2100

Yeah lesbians are really worried about anal sex.

  • @cryan71 - You're right. Lesbians don't have the same health risks as homosexual men.

  • @SusanMCM

Or straight couples who participate in heterosexual anal sex. Since the most recent recent survey of American sexual behavior shows that more and more hetereosexuals are participating in anal sex, I can only assume you will be asking all women to become lesbians because it is healthier than male homosexuality or heterosexuality.

Or you can just mind your own business.

  • @cryan71 - Oh, how I hate it when stupid people think they have something important to say. The health risks of any rishky behaviour is everyones business. That's why we have a governmental health department and why information is published in the media about communicable diseases or health risk factors of things like drug abuse, obesity, etc, including the risk factors of some sexual behavious. Now go back to your mom's basement and play videos games. Idiot.

  • @SusanMCM

"health risks of any rishky behaviour is everyones business"

Really? People who eat fast food are participating in a risky behavior, how does your big government deal with that?

"why we have a governmental health department "

to regulate individuals sex lives? Really? How big does your vision of government intrude into people's lives?

"why information is published in the media about communicable diseases "

Anal sex is a communicable disease?

  • @cryan71 - You think the governemnt shouldn't intrude into peoples sex lives? Well the rest of us do. We want the government to pass laws against sexual exploitation & human trafficing of women & children, rape, sexual molestation and the deliberate infecting of disease by another (ie AIDS) etc.

That's the difference between you and the rest of us. Unlike you, we recognize the importance of government legal protection of the vulnerable while protecting the rights of consenting adults.

  • @slees2100 - Some of the other dangers of having anal sex not mentioned is rectal prolapse and rectal cancer. It's too bad ideologies keep the public from knowing the serious and dangerous health risks of this kind of behaviour.

  • @SusanMCM

    "rectal prolapse "

Outrageously rare -- do you have any clue what type of force is necessary to force an rectal prolapse? You have a better chance of dying in a car crash. "rectal cancer"

HPV if the main cause of rectal cancer.

    "rectal cancer"

  • The NIV is used by SOCIALIST promoting fake religous orgs like Sojourners , )Obama's new pastor's org) and The Salvation Army that both say very little about Jesus and alot about the notion of "social justice"

The Salvation army doesn't allow gay people to serve in their org.

Neither of these groups websites have much Christ on them for them to claim they are actually Christians ,

  • The claim that gays are biologically gay and unchangable was orginally from Nazi eugenics . Hitler used that claim to commit gays to prison and death camps

Since they can't be cured and they aren't necessary for human survival of the species then they are expendable. That concept today is doing real harm to gay people TODAY in not so developed countries esp ones that are Muslim nations.

  • religion is stupid.

  • @jerrydoubleu You're stupid.

  • >@slees2100

    >Packer is right. Homsexuality is not preset, and is a disorder.

    >I am gay and unlike most people my early recallable memories are from 1 year old and on

You have no idea how bad I feel for people like you. Stupid, ignorant, and biologically gay. You're told what you are is wrong, and you blindly believe it. Your life must be hell. Have fun.

  • @andbruno

NO one is saying it's "wrong" . The Bible doesn't even claim that , nor do the Mormons.

It's not about good or evil. That's what atheists say the Christians believe.

Only progressive christians , who aren't really christians tout that gays are "bad"

Ya know people who wrote the newer versions of the Bible since the 1970s

There is not such thing as biologically gay. It's ludicrous and dangerous to even suggest that.

  • @slees2100 - The OT and the NT both condemn homosexuality. See: Leviticus 18:22, 20:13, Romans 1:24-27 and Timothy 1:10. There are more examples. Further, Christians aren't saying gays are "bad" they say the act is a intrinsically evil. Big difference! There are newer translations of scripture and I agree they're poorly done. Stick with the older and better translation.

  • @SusanMCM

    Wrong!

Social engineers made their own version of the Holy Bible in the early 1970's...the New International Version, which is NOT a literal translation of the orgiinal text but instead a paraphrasing. to include what was then a Progressive socialist codmenation of homosexuals as PEOPLE, instead of what is really is, a warning the the ill effects of anal sex. Theyalso added the word homosexual, changed , delete and rearranged the verses to change the meaning of the verses

  • @slees2100 - Like I said, "There are newer translations...poorly done". I know the translation you are talking about and you are right about the left wing inclusive ideology being pushed in that version. You'll be please to know newer and better translations are on the way. They are more exact to the original text. Oh, by the way, If you read scripture from translations before 1970 you will see scripture doesnt' just warn aganist same-sex acts, same-sex acts are condemned.

  • @SusanMCM

They are not "poorly done" They are cleverly crafted to alter what it says in order to push a social and political idealogy. Progressives at the time were very anti gay ad wanted to capitalize on the pushback on the sexual revolution to use it.

I'm glad you mentioned the "better versions" on they way. The same social engineering group that rewrote the NIV is now rewriting AGAIN to fit their new poltical wagon.

Anal sex is condemned Yes, for the obvious physical danger it has.

  • @SusanMCM

Letiviucs 20:13 in Bibles prior to 1970 says. "13If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them"

This has always been thought as a condemnation and warning of the dangers of the act.

In NIV, 'If a man lies with a man as one lies with a woman, both of them have done what is detestable. They must be put to death; their blood will be on their own heads"...cont.

  • @SusanMCM

The NIV version points to the people as the problem, not the act, AND it calls for them to be killed.

In the real version, it condemns the act, and says it's the act itself that harms them

  • @skippy563 I do not know, but there is a passage in the book of Nephi that says learned people are not learned without God, to paraphrase. Maybe he was referring to that? Great in the context of LDS doctrine, but the scope of the world is much larger beyond Mormonism or any other religion. He might have been referring to self-righteous jerks who think they know everything, but I wouldn't consider that an actual intellectual. If there's a source somewhere that defines what he meant in his terms,

  • Packer is right. Homsexuality is not preset, and is a disorder.

I am gay and unlike most people my early recallable memories are from 1 year old and on,

I am gay BECAUSE of my enviroment and the emotional/intellectual confusion that enviroment instilled in me

I didn't get this from Packer or anyone like him, I've always known it.

Sadly, society and the mental health profession has abandoned homosexuals (and everyone else in the process).

  • @slees2100 True, if homosexuality wasn't taken off the DSM as a mental disorder due to political pressure there would probably be treatments available now that would help a lot of people.

  • I think it is most people misunderstand President Packer's comments. Apply the following to any circumstance: Does it encourage you to bring God's children into this world? Does it encourage living the commandments? Does it foster a distaste for addictions such as pornography, drugs, etc? If it does not, it is not of God. What is more hurtful, the spoken word or words believed in the hearts of many? I would rather be a mountain than a storm.

  • Boyd K. Packer is next in line? Do LDS members know that he said intellectualism is one of the greatest threats to the church? It's a red flag when a leader says learning is bad...

  • @deserode And how would he have defined intellectualism?

  • Amazing

  • Great Job!
