A lot of these comments seem to be about the underarm hair that Ani has going on. I'll just answer a few questions by saying that, no, it doesn't make you sweat any more than a hairless armpit. In fact, I'd say I sweated far less. And anti-perspirant is a lot more effective when it has something to hold on to. There are more perks than cons. The only con being the stigma and the ignorance of the people you share the planet with.

i also prefer a term closer to "Equalism"... the word feminism always sounds like female supremacy not equality. i know that sounds crazy to some, and i'm also sure that it's partly shaped by the fucked up angry male hating 'feminists' i grew up with in the 80's and 90's, but that word has always made me cringe. if someone said "i believe in equality among genders" i'd get what they mean. when they say "i'm a feminist" i start to, to often rightly so, guard myself from a barrage of negativity.
