  • I like this very much, thanks for sharing! But my knowledge about Chinese traditional exercise working # go like 3,9 count ("三,九数). So, I kind expect that at least 3 times each movement. Didn't mean to pick, just want to share this info. (3 for beginger and old people, 9 for stronger people; also you may double or triple times your movements, if you are strong enough. (The eight times repeat is modern western counts)
