Grabbing people by the face part 3: vs. Dictator and T. Hawk

I usualy start a match dodging fire balls untill my opponent gets anoyed that I'm not getting hit and decides to come at me after he has blocked a Condor Dive or been poked where I have even the slightest of life lead then when the clock rolls down they will get desperate and come at me and I just punish away while still having that THawk huge life pool.

One thing you might want to consider about THawk is that fact that hes REALY good at turtle/ time watching. I do it all teh time and win over 50% of my matches. If you bait your opponent into coming after you you can counter with a Tomahawk or EX-Condor Spire as well as wake up EX-Mexican Typhoon.

any comments on the use of Ultra 2 against a good T Hawk online? is it likely to be useful?

@giran00 It's mostly just that I didn't think he'd be good. I generally assume my opponent won't be good (especially if it's T. Hawk) and I picked U2 to punish him if he tried spamming condor dive at me. U1 is probably what you want in this matchup though.
