Good idea with the candle. When I first got my kitten he kind of stuck his head too close to the fire place and singed his whiskers, the ones that didn't burn off melted and curled. He never did that again, and he looked so funny without them. The vet was like "well that's what whiskers are for". He didn't get hurt or anything, and he learned about fire.

Aww your trees are so cute. I wondered, how is Cupcake doing with the trees and ornaments? My little kitten (Boots lol) is just having a blast. I had to take some of the more breakable decors off bc he luvs to crawl in the tree and hide. I try to keep him out and Im not doing very good. i love it, that in america, it's like, christmas full house! in holland we only put up our tree for like a week or two, and thats it. some families may put on some light decoration around the house, but i love the whole christmas vibe there!
