  • Now I have a mini black and white portable television very much like yours and I can hook up my wii to it using the external antenna attachment and a tv matching converter.

  • @coolgabe9 Oh cool! That must be nice to re-purpose it!

  • I have a portable tv that has a cassete player on it.The tv has coustom speakers colr and I got the antenna converter box has HD stations and i can play my game cube in color

  • @shinyLucario36 Oh wow! How nice! THat must be fun! I'd love to see a video of it!

  • Converter *box* hack, but whatever lol.

That's really neat, good job! I'll have to read up on an RF modulator - it coverts the signal from the yellow/white composite cables into a channel 3/4 signal that can be used on the TV? I'll have to invest in one of them!

What are some more details on that TV? Can it run off batteries, as well?

    Great video!

  • @themaritimeman Well, I haven't tried out the radio yet. I've been working with the tv! I found a couple of stations that were still analog! It can't run off batteries. That is the one thing that would make this tv perfect for me. If it ran off battery. It's a black and white CRT. I'm going to try and refine this "Converter Box hack" and see if I can't get the signal clearer. I want to get and an Atari and play it on there!

  • @themaritimeman vwestlife has a more detailed video about this little wonder of the 80s... He said some really nice things about it. I'll send you the video.

  • Oh yeah, I think I saw that video of his!

  • @themaritimeman Thanks again!
