  • I love that guy, doppler effect has never been demonstrated so seamlessly

  • wanna see a kid get wrecked on a tricycle?

    go to my channel

  • He's a fixture here in Jamaica Plain. He goes by the name Mad Dog :)

  • Well I guess if it motivates him...

  • This man is on an adventure.

  • I used to live near there, on Lakeville Road :D

He scared me when I was little, but its all good

  • Oh shit, Jamaica Plain? Man, he makes his way around...

  • This guy is famous, we also have a iced out old man on a 2wheel bicycle w\ gold chains and a boom box attached to his handlebars always bump'n some rocky music

  • I said it before; if you were fortunate enough to be healthy and can walk well on both feet then don't judge someone who isn't and can't. I've known Louie a long time my li'l girl calls him uncle lou if you see him just say hello. Maybe you'll get lucky and meet him he's a real sweet guy. His only mode of independent transportation is his tryke so if he needs to get by on the sidewalk cut him a break you'll feel better than being a jerk

  • The best Louie sighting i had was on Newbury st. he was riding through on his tryke with a basket full of porno magazines in tow, instant street cred

  • He's fucking famous dude.

  • Yeah yeah go back to NY... Boston's been hemorrhaging interesting people for years so more college students can home and drive up the rents (no offense to individual students)... mostly wannabe New Yorkers from Jersey.

  • Fuck you, GO CUBS!!!

  • Louie has been a part of Boston for a long, long time. As long as I can remember hanging out around the city, I can remember seeing Louie riding through it, yelling for people to MOOOOOVE... MOOOOOVE. He's Part of what makes this city what it is, my home and the place I love. Thanks for putting a huge smile on my face with this!

  • LOUIE!

  • Oh yeah, this guy goes all over the place. I always see him plowing through the student body over at BU. His yelling comes in handy then. Gives us a warning to jump out of the way :)

  • Hey Louie! Love from NZ.

  • i think his name is louie

  • haha i work in fanuiel hall and see him every shift lol seen him yesterday w.the boston sports flags flyin behind him.. yesterday it was MOVE MOVE MOVE

  • I'll say one thing about him, I don't know where he's going half the time, but best believe he's gettin there!

That's Centre St in JP! Man, that dude gets around!!

  • wow... dude this is guys Bostons here..... i sometimes see him while walking around the North End too. =D

  • This guy is awesome! I moved from Boston a few years ago, but still tell all my friends about him.

I remember him having a lower throatier kind of "Bwaaahp, Bwaaahp" kind of tone then.

Then again he was plowing down the sidewalk on Newbury street so maybe he had his "emergency" alert going or something.

  • he's famous he ran over a guy while riding under the scaffolding at the bpc

  • This guy is great! I saw him get run over by the T once and he kept yelling MEEEEHHH, MEEEEEHHH

  • gah! I've seen him!

  • hahaha. i saw this guy when i was there for my NEC audition. he keeps saying move. thats so funny

  • my dog started barking at that guy...through the computer

  • that lads a fuckin legend-I swear down!

  • i used to be able to set my watch by this guy when i lived on Mass Ave. between Central and Harvard Sq. in the 90's. You could hear him driving down the sidewalk when you had the windows open.

"Is that the woop-woop guy? OK, must be 5:30."

i've only ever seen him out in nice weather, sure sign that spring has returned to Boston.

  • Great, now I know his name! I lived in Boston for 3 and 1/2 years, saw him several times. When I went back to visit Boston on holiday and saw Louie, I said to myself, "now my trip is complete!"

Although I think it kind of cruel that people are posting videos like this on the internet.

  • I think he's trying not to get hit by a car or something. That might also be why he has the flashing lights on the front of his trike.

  • lol i live in JP and never seen this guy

  • Ha ha! I know that guy; he's Louie, and he's actually pretty cool once you talk to him.

  • wow, he has a really loud voice

  • well you gotta live here to enjoy it LOL. This guy is a bit nuts but DAMN he gets around !! You can here him coming your way several blocks away

  • He's up and down Newbury allllll theeeee time!!!

    LOLOL

  • I've seen this guy on Mass ave in Cambridge lots of times!

  • I just wasted 44 seconds of my life.

  • no one's fault but your own.

  • I should've been warned of the video's lameness.

  • Wait, you came backand watched it a week later? Why, to see if the video got any less lame?

  • no, you just made yourself look like an idiot for commenting and replying...something much lamer than the video and considerably more time consuming.

why do people feel the need to say 'i just wasted x seconds of my life'? at least come up with a funny or original way of making fun of the video.

and anyway, you have to know who louie is in order to understand the video...which would mean being a bostonian

  • hhaahaa

  • aparently, brookers finds it funny! it's on her fave list!

  • lol same reason i watched it

  • im thinking he and the zombie kid who idiotically goes "i like turtles" should get together.

  • lmao this guy is famous

  • Hahaha. I found this video through Facebook. That guy cracks me up - but I haven't seen him in a while. Good job getting him on video...lol

  • That guy is hilarious! Someone needs to seriously stop him one day and interview him (:

  • that's hilarious

  • JP is the best place on earth. sorry but it is.

  • Louie!! I saw him today. This guy is a Boston legend.

  • one time i followed him on my bike for a few blocks banging on my bucket drum . he stopped hollering for a bit.

  • lol. that guy is hilarious. only in JP

  • He's not only in JP. This guy is all over Boston. Read the rest of the comments. I've seen him in lots of spots, but mostly near Fenway. He has been spotted everywhere.

  • hahahhhahahah

  • first noticed that guy in 1991. He used to have a red flag, now he has changed to the American flag. He never looks before crossing streets and he has survived more than fifteen years in Boston. Amazing

  • I've seen that dude on the Southwest Corridor bike path at like 2AM.

  • dude ... hes the man! i see/hear him everyday on newbury steet. sometimes i wonder where he is going.

  • He's still at Newbury!

  • Dat nigga is trippin.

  • thats my nigga boooup

  • Louie is the king, make way..make way

  • I used to see him around Newbury all the time...he is an icon

  • Hahaha, I love that guy.

  • he's my hero!! I saw him once in 2004 and every day since then!!

  • his name is Louie, according to his fanclub on facebook, and apparently he frequents back bay bikes for repairs... he is my hero

  • he almost hit me one as i returned to my dorm at Wentworth Tech.

  • mass ave & boylston, 2004

  • I think if you're from Boston, you know this guy. One day I saw him in Harvard square and that night I saw him by Forest Hills.
