This guy is famous, we also have a iced out old man on a 2wheel bicycle w\ gold chains and a boom box attached to his handlebars always bump'n some rocky music
I said it before; if you were fortunate enough to be healthy and can walk well on both feet then don't judge someone who isn't and can't. I've known Louie a long time my li'l girl calls him uncle lou if you see him just say hello. Maybe you'll get lucky and meet him he's a real sweet guy. His only mode of independent transportation is his tryke so if he needs to get by on the sidewalk cut him a break you'll feel better than being a jerk
Yeah yeah go back to NY... Boston's been hemorrhaging interesting people for years so more college students can home and drive up the rents (no offense to individual students)... mostly wannabe New Yorkers from Jersey.
Louie has been a part of Boston for a long, long time. As long as I can remember hanging out around the city, I can remember seeing Louie riding through it, yelling for people to MOOOOOVE... MOOOOOVE. He's Part of what makes this city what it is, my home and the place I love. Thanks for putting a huge smile on my face with this!
Oh yeah, this guy goes all over the place. I always see him plowing through the student body over at BU. His yelling comes in handy then. Gives us a warning to jump out of the way :)
haha i work in fanuiel hall and see him every shift lol seen him yesterday w.the boston sports flags flyin behind him.. yesterday it was MOVE MOVE MOVE
i used to be able to set my watch by this guy when i lived on Mass Ave. between Central and Harvard Sq. in the 90's. You could hear him driving down the sidewalk when you had the windows open.
Great, now I know his name! I lived in Boston for 3 and 1/2 years, saw him several times. When I went back to visit Boston on holiday and saw Louie, I said to myself, "now my trip is complete!"
Although I think it kind of cruel that people are posting videos like this on the internet.
He's not only in JP. This guy is all over Boston. Read the rest of the comments. I've seen him in lots of spots, but mostly near Fenway. He has been spotted everywhere.
first noticed that guy in 1991. He used to have a red flag, now he has changed to the American flag. He never looks before crossing streets and he has survived more than fifteen years in Boston. Amazing
I love that guy, doppler effect has never been demonstrated so seamlessly

This guy is awesome! I moved from Boston a few years ago, but still tell all my friends about him.
I remember him having a lower throatier kind of "Bwaaahp, Bwaaahp" kind of tone then.
Then again he was plowing down the sidewalk on Newbury street so maybe he had his "emergency" alert going or something.

I should've been warned of the video's lameness.
hottieconnie 4 years ago
Wait, you came backand watched it a week later? Why, to see if the video got any less lame?
ajknee 4 years ago
no, you just made yourself look like an idiot for commenting and replying...something much lamer than the video and considerably more time consuming.
why do people feel the need to say 'i just wasted x seconds of my life'? at least come up with a funny or original way of making fun of the video.
and anyway, you have to know who louie is in order to understand the video...which would mean being a bostonian
