Funny watching the powder gangers, I didn't interact with them too much in my playthrough... probably because I slaughtered them all with a machete then looted the dump.

@ampdgmr Hell yeah! Me too. I am a looter. In Fallout 3, I made a 3rd file (1st was good, 2nd was bad) where I really didn't choose a side. I stayed good for a while just so I could get Fawkes, then I went to every known civilization and wiped them all out. So much fun. But in the end, it's kinda bad because now there's nobody to trade with or repair your equipment like the Tesla Cannon where you can't do it yourself. Fun while it lasts

I recommend killing all powder gangers. The courier gains Karma for every kill of a powder ganger.  The powder gangers are a useless ally and as DSP has shown us, they betray more often than not.

Speech is worth it in THIS game, but wasn't in Fallout 3, thanks to the reload trick, but they fixed it for this.

I prefer it this way, makes speech actually important and is MUCH more balanced.

@AlexLong1000 Agreed, it seems like Speech is the n0.1 Important thing. Luck is also important attribute, if you have 25 luck you can survive and usually win alot of the casino stuff easily.
