What hammer mod to use against a warrior, Vampiric (5 health steal) or Ebon ? And why ? Thank you !

Vamp if they are in Sentinels or u can keep them weakened (which is highly unlikely) Ebon if they are using any other insignia. I tend to go to my elemental by default and switch to vamp after a few hits if i can see I'm hitting low damage. High end pretty much everyone uses sentinals and the casters camp slashing sheilds so sometime I go elemental vs casters if I'm on axe. War is about being flexible with weapon swaps and target switching and trying to catch people out of sheild sets.

unless you were doing it for video purposes, why the hell would you only use spear to build adren? you could be training a caster or linebacking with bulls strike in other words being much more useful. You spent atleast 6 seconds out of every 30 being useless

I don't think you are using Stonefist Insignia. The extra 1 second of KD is a must on a war.

If you actually knew anything about quarter knocking you would know I have to be using a stonefists insignia to pull off an attack betwwen knockdowns and still q knock....

I do know about q knocking. I'm r10 and I do GvG 3-4 times a week. It just seemed that KDed foe stayed on the ground for 2 rather than 3 seconds.

Stop being bad. Distract is bad. You don't need a 'q-rupt' if you can get a kill. Protstrike works.

In RA d-blow wins matches imo. You can shutdown the other teams rez and interrupt key spells like VoR and Guardian. Sure in GvG and HA run Protstrike for more spike damage but I find d-blow highly effective when run correctly.

You have a point, though in RA I find that Deaths Charge is a great option, gives you a little more mobility and makes a quick hammer spike less predictable. (if you consider the time it takes the average RA monk to think about protting something)

d blow is my preference for arenas because it gives me somthing extra to interrupt rez sigs and key stuff like guardian, Empathy, VoR etc. In GvG and HA i tend to run prot strike. thats all there is to it...
