  • I was just saying my opinion, thats all,i don't care about others opinions, just voicing my opinion my bad dude.im not for either side, they both had their coward ways.im not supporting either of them,i just think the way he gunned him down was wrong, that is all dude.yes, jesse james did get what he deserved over all

  • @ShrPShooTer15 thats why the James Younger gang gunned down innocent people while robbing banks right? you fucking piece of shit southerners would think he was a hero, punk ass. I am glad he shot Jesse in the back, guess Jesse James got a douse of his own medicine! Read some history man.

  • @ShrPShooTer15 Bob Ford was no hero either, but I guess when you live like a coward like Jesse James, something cowardly is bound to happen back, and with out Bob Ford Jesse James legend would not be so glorious.

  • Fuck Robert Ford... He's getting raped in hell right now!

  • @clipzngunz F@#$ jesse james he killed 17 people robbed trains robbert did the right thing and what robbert gets crap 4 it dude think again

  • coward...u call a man good cause he shot poor jesse in his home in the back of the head

  • It was robert Ford, that dirty little coward...i wounder how he feels? for jesse stole from the rich and gave to the poor

  • @mrgetsoff83 isnt that robin hood your on abot? XD

  • @mrgetsoff83

i thought that was a cartoon fox named robin hood?

  • @mrgetsoff83 ur thinking of robin hood dude

  • i like the video especially the music i think if u made it with pictures that resume the movie it can be better than video. good work

  • the fords where good poeple i read that

  • YOU FUCKING NIGGER

  • why did you say that?

  • cause you said that

  • Watching this, you realize how much it must've torn Bob apart to do the thing that he did.

  • Casey Affleck did a brilliant job great actor plus Brad Pitt kill his part they made you really feel the movie i fell like i was there hell of a job Sam Shepard hell of a job. The score is by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis and they did a wonderful job with the score.

  • fluncking great ending!!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

  • whoooa!!! SICK, dude!!!! it's like half of you loves this video and the other half hates it!!!...man, maybe you have like an alter-ego who hates it or loves it...depending on who the real you is...and he answers the comments that the other leaves behind...that would be awesome...

  • whoooaaa!!! fckr stop annoying me and mind your own fckn business, thank you very much for you comment i really appreciate it you r-gr8!!

  • in real life jesse knew he was gonig to die

if anyone knew the sound of a gun

    it was jesse james

  • They said he was kind of psychic. That's why they could never catch him.

  • great film - great actors - its hard to imagine that in the Afflek family Ben is the star - in acting (sic!) - but his brother was really amazing in this film

  • This should've won the best picture Oscar - or at least Casey should've got something. He's brilliant in this!

  • I agree. It was a complete effin travesty.

I can't believe "Juno" and "Michael Clayton" were chosen over this. Also man, it should've gotten best soundtrack, and Pitt should've been nominated for something...but hey, the academy hates him.

  • how do you know the academy hates him.

  • I'm pretty sure they don't have a personal vendetta against him. It's just a way of putting it. All I'm saying is that the academy has continuously snubbed his performances: Se7en, Snatch, Babel, and the above. Kinda like a Gary Oldman thing, you know? They just overlook them.

  • If Frank was there , he would have killed the Fords.

  • How i wish frank killed the fords at the blue cut deal when he had the chance.

But then i suppose the story wouldnt be as good without jesse being betrayed.

  • I sort of agree , but That was Frank's younger brother , who he was close too.

If I were to get assassinated , Probably , My dad and brother would try to find them and murder them back.

  • very sad jesse knew he was gonig to die

  • its really quite funny, the man who killed bob ( in the movie) gets pardoned so edward o kelly doesnt get a life sentence for what he did, bob died for nothing and jesse james becomes even more famous. the formula goes as follows. * the man who killed the man who killed , jesse james* = unknown unknown jesse james

  • It wasn't like suicide.. Jesse James couldn't kill them with his family around, and he knew he had been betrayed by his friends..that's why he put his gun down, so they knew they were cowards.. Bob killed him because he thought Jesse was going to kill him...and he wanted to be famous. he was sick of Jesse James getting all of the glory and attention....ohhh and and bob ford did get shot at the end of the movie.

  • Why'd this comment get negative? This is true. This is what history and research shows. And its not like ya'll didnt know Bob get's killed too.

James didnt shoot them because of his family, bob and charlie were out for the bounty and was scared if they did not kill him then, he would kill them later.

In RL james was tall enough to reach the picture without getting on the chair. He done this to throw them off, as if he was not going to kill them, but, bob knew and killed him anyway.

  • it was not a murder, it was suicide. think about it ;)

  • so i watched the movie and i couldnt quite figure out why these guys killed him exactly, was it becuase they were set up to by the cops and they would get let off if they killed him?

  • What happend was the Governor knew that Robert Ford had been around Jesse James often, after the arrest of the remaining members from the train robbery, the ones that Jesse didnt kill first - the Governor offered a $10,000 bounty on Jesse James. The Ford brothers got themselves pardoned by making a deal to assasinate jesse james instead of be hung for the raid on the train.

Jesse found they were traitors but refused to kill them infront of his kids, so Robert Ford shot him at his house.

  • bob was afraid that Jesse was going to kill him for never reporting that dick liddle had confessed about the murder of wood hite and bob thought if he didn't kill Jesse now then Jesse would kill him later.

  • aint that the truth

  • This is NOT the climax of the movie.

  • eh.. yes it is..

  • No, the climax of the movie is Robert Ford being shot...

  • My bad, I got confused. But that still wasn't the climax of the movie!!!

  • Yes he did.

  • it,s about time we got some good movies on the go again this was amazingly shot and edited to perfection

  • casey affleck was fucking creepy as hell in this movie

  • jesse was a badass

  • this is a great scene and a beautiful song. i'm in love with casey affleck he did such a great job

  • nicol and casey sittin in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g

  • brilliant actors and music

  • three great actors - one great film - and an unbelievable score!

  • Sad story...

  • I was shaking almost uncontrollably in my seat watching this scene for the first time. absolutely incredible tension.

  • nothing to add!a magnificant movie!

  • The best scene of 2007, chilling and moving, Jesse James realization, Robert Fords trembling face the immortal last words of Jesse as he walks to the picture... offering the coward the opportunity to literally shoot him in the back, a seriously overlooked film that is beautiful and moving, go watch it!

  • No words. And no words to describe that scene.

  • The real Robert Ford wrote a letter on what actually happened to authoirities at the time when he shot Jesse. After reading that letter, I watched the movie in the cinema and was amazed at how accurate each part was portrayed in the movie leading up to the killing at the end. The part where he reads the paper, then takes his guns off, then dusts the picture on the wall, all exactly how it happened in real life.

Incredible movie complimented by beautiful music!.

  • such a sad film

  • this is one of the most amazing movies of the decade... totally underated !!!

  • @leocdc7 i agree

  • @leocdc7 i couldnt agree more; the acting from almost all the participants

never fails to enthrall me, esp. those 3 in that scene

  • amazing, and it's a true event by the way, wich make the scene even stronger

  • sad :(

  • It´s so awesome

  • exquisite

  • awesome, awesome job. It's amazing that another song other than "What Must Be Done" can fit that amazing assassination scene. =]
